NREP sells retail property in Finland

Nordic Real Estate Partners (NREP), the pan-Nordic real estate investment manager, has sold a 30.000 sqm retail property in Finland to the Finnish real estate fund, EQ Liikekiinteistöt

NREP Nordic Retail 2, a fund managed by NREP, has today sold a 30.000 sqm retail asset located in Hämeenlinna, Finland to EQ Liikekiinteistöt, a Finnish real estate fund. The sale is the first exit for the NREP Nordic Retail 2 fund and amounts to EUR 48 million, delivering returns significantly exceeding the target return of the NREP Nordic Retail 2 fund. After the exit, NREP Nordic Retail 2 holds a portfolio worth approximately EUR 300 million of necessity driven retail properties in Sweden and Denmark.
