Nrep Nordic Strategies Fund acquires Näsbypark Centrum from Altira AB
Nrep Nordic Strategies Fund, a fund managed by Nordic Real Estate Partners (Nrep), has acquired Näsbypark Centrum which is located in Täby Municipality, 15km north of central Stockholm. The asset is an established community center consisting of shopping areas, restaurants and community services such as a health care center, senior housing and a school. Total lettable area is 15,500 sqm and closing of the transaction will take place on 1st February 2016.
