Nrep Logicenters acquires 12,000 sqm distribution centre in Greve, Greater Copenhagen
Nrep Logicenters has acquired a 12,000 sqm logistics property in Greve, Greater Copenhagen. The property is tenanted by Bunzl Distribution Danmark A/S, who uses it as their central distribution centre for their full-line supply to the food retail store sector as well as for packaging, safety equipment and machines to selected industries.
The property is a modern distribution center with 10,000 sqm warehouse with 10m clearance and 2,000 sqm administration. It is optimally located in a central logistic and transportation area in Greve by the E20 highway and just 30 km from the Copenhagen city centre.

The property was acquired by Nrep Nordic Strategies Fund II, which is a strategy-driven value-add fund. In addition to modern prime logistics assets, the fund also invests in necessity anchored retail and residential real estate in large established growing Nordic cities, replicating the strategies of prior Nrep funds.
