Nrep grows its office portfolio in Helsinki, Finland

Nrep has acquired a 5,900 square meters modern multi-tenant office building in Aviapolis close to the Helsinki airport

The acquired property is a modern office building located in the Gate8 business park, one of the most prominent office locations in Aviapolis, with a strategic location close to the Helsinki airport and immediately overlooking ring road III.

Current tenants include Henkel, Crosskey and other international companies which benefit from easy access to the Helsinki airport. The building has a modern flexible floor layout and provides tenants with a full service offering such as several lunch restaurants, a gym, shared meeting rooms and reception services.

The seller is Aberdeen Property Nordic Fund I and Nrep invests through Nrep Nordic Strategies Fund II.

Nrep Nordic Strategies Fund II invests mainly in retail, logistics and residential properties in the Nordic region and is backed by a number of blue chip international institutional investors. The fund made its first investments in spring 2016 and has an investment capacity of more than EUR 1.5 billion.
