Nrep announces the launch of Noli Studios, an innovative living concept in Helsinki
Nrep, a Nordic-based real estate investor and developer, is pleased to announce the launch of Noli Studios, a new serviced living concept in Helsinki. The first Noli Studios locations will open in downtown Helsinki in the neighbourhoods of Katajanokka and Sörnäinen during autumn 2019. Noli Studios is set to expand its operations to other Nordic countries later. The concept combines the comforts of home and the amenities of a hotel, and first of its kind in the market in terms of flexibility, the availability of services, sense of community and pricing that makes it attractive to private individuals.
Noli Studios is a collection of serviced studios for home-seekers and travellers looking for more. The studios can be booked for a day, a month or more. The studio price includes a variety of services which creates opportunities for effortless, communal everyday life. The first Noli Studios are located in the heart of Helsinki: Noli Katajanokka will open in October 2019 and Noli Sörnäinen in November 2019.
“Project work, short-term contracts, traveling and changes in people’s personal lives are becoming more and more common. At the same time, convenient everyday life and freedom to live on one’s own terms are valued more than ever. Acknowledging this chance, Noli Studios was created to offer flexibility and a feeling of community,” says Nrep Partner Petri Valkama.
All studios come with a kitchen and are either fully furnished or lightly furnished, depending on the customer’s choice. Pricing is based on the length of stay; the longer you stay, the lower the monthly accommodation rate. The pricing for long-term accommodation is in line with the rental rates in the area.
“We believe the new concept is especially appealing to young urban professionals, expats, start-ups, and entrepreneurs, as well as to companies relocating their employees to Helsinki,” Valkama continues.
The use of gym, sauna and shared spaces for lounging, dining and working, as well as cleaning service, are all included in the price of accommodation. Each location comes with a laid-back restaurant that serves both Noli Studios guests and the people of the surrounding area. In addition, local companies and freelancers can use the Noli Studios co-working space. The hosts will organize a variety of activities for the guests, and collaborations with local companies such as Allas Sea Pool, Anton & Anton and Pelago provide an extensive network of services in the nearby areas.
