Fredensborg Bolig and Nrep Partner to Develop Brøset Nord in Trondheim

Fredensborg Bolig and Nrep, via NSF V, have joined forces to develop felt 1 at Brøset Nord in Trondheim. The 30,000-square-meter site is fully zoned and will accommodate approximately 460 homes.

Brøset is a strategically important area with ambitious environmental goals, and the project will have a strong sustainability focus. By incorporating energy-efficient solutions, green communal spaces, and smart mobility options, the development aims to create a forward-thinking and environmentally friendly living environment.
