Nrep NSF1 develops 250 rental apartments in greater Stockholm

Nrep and SHH Bostad agree to form a joint venture company for the purpose of developing two rental apartment projects in Greater Stockholm. New residential zoning plans have been approved and construction will commence in 2016. One project of about 150 rental apartments is located in Visättra Ängar, Huddinge. The second project of approx. 100 rental apartments is located at Bergfotsvägen in Tumba.

“We are very excited about this partnership with Nrep and that we quickly can build a large volume of rental apartments. The focus is youth apartments, which we see a great need for in both Tumba and Flemingsberg. Completion is planned for 2017-2018”,  says Misha Moeremans d’Emaus, CEO Svenska Hyreshus.
